The first two publications are by Maria Emma Gray's husband, John Edward Gray, to whose works she contributed (unlisted). The third book links to all five volumes of Maria's Figures of Molluscous Animals, and the last publication is about the Grayemma algae species, created by her husband in Maria's honor for her study of algae.
